Dashboards are an integral part of our business and add value to it. They provide our diverse customers and stakeholders with access to the key information they need to succeed and enable them to develop a broader vision to make effective long-term decisions.

The dashboards are part of a broader Web and Mobile Dashboards project that provide unified interfaces for a variety of clients, allowing them to effectively monitor and customize their work within the NBCgate ecosystem. A brief overview of the Merchant Dashboards:

Merchant Dashboard:

This dashboard provides merchants with an extensive overview of the volume and frequency of transactions they are involved in. They can see which cryptocurrencies are most commonly used in payments and which NBCgate products are primarily used by their clients.

In the dashboard, a merchant can:

• View the current payment balance in stablecoins and cryptocurrencies.

• Examine payment history, analyze each of the transactions.

• Manage their API keys.

• Initialize new products in the NBCgate ecosystem.

• Create support requests to communicate with our development team.

• Receive detailed analytics reports.

• Turn off or freeze previously active NBCgate ecosystem products and modules.

• Get a variety of reports broken down by payment forms, stores, payment links, checkouts and more. All reports can be exported in convenient formats such as .pdf, .csv, .xls.

Merchants also have the ability to customize multi-factor authentication technologies, including two-factor authentication via TOTP (e.g. Google Authenticator).

Dashboards not only provide our clients with the information they need to make informed decisions, but also promote effective manageability and control of their business within the NBCgate ecosystem.
